As a domain name not much value.
As a developed site maybe some value. But if you are thinking tying this in with ebay, you may want to reconsider as they already have such a service. Plus, they are not too keen on using their logo or name without permission. They do however have a developers section and may permit this as part of the developers network.

You have to sign up to be an affiliate. If you use ebay's logo without their permission, they will send you a C&D.
Same with uBid, Yahoo auctions, Half.com, any of them.
