-Searches doesn't mean traffic, unless a domain is highly ranked.
-I expect some type-in traffic from curious domainers, so the actual keywords would be internet marketing, not real estate, IMO.
-There's a decent chance of getting an offer from someone in need to develop a RE website, an end-user (not a reseller) deal.
