Out of 76 .orgs

8 have snaps on them. 68 without snaps.
10.5% with snaps

That tells you the pro's and semipro's do not have
any confidence in Snap's ability to catch .org

3 months ago, the ratio would have been reversed.

"A lot" is not one word. W-G.ORG drops on the 7th. The rest drop on the 6th.

That's not it. I just checked a bunch of them and they already have higher bids at NW than the cost of a discounted Snap. Clearly people are afraid to use one of their limited exchange Snaps on a .org because Snap seems to be making no attempt to get .orgs any more. I hope this changes and soon.

3 letter.orgs (like these) sell for $10 -30. I agree, not worth a snap, and hardly worth chasing, unless they have a meaning to you personally.

Perhaps this sounds silly, but how do you get .org's with NW? (NW==namewinner.com right?)

Thanks for your time! :)

Yeah I didnt check nw bids and agree it isnt worth the snap even discounted for a 3 letter .org
NW catches them better than snapnames imo and obviously a few other peoples as well however if it is a really valuable org we all know where to backorder it:-D

Nevermind, I figured it out. (You can't use the "search for expiring domains" for .org's, which is what threw me off.)

Mud,
If it's a really good org pool is much better at catching them than nw
