Hi Guys,
good news, the mobi registrations keep climbing. There's added awareness too it seems out there. Slowly it's growing.
One downside is a .com owner is coming straight after a mobi owner again.
Upside is the defendant is defending himself with a lawyer.
The state of Florida is the complainant si i'm guessing they'll win purely on that.
The great news is that Big Rick fancies splashing out on some more mobis. Wonder which ones he'll pick????
Here's the article:

Now doesn't that just get you excited about the next TRAFFIC auction in March? Go .Mobi!

I've already had to go to the 'bathroom' & strangle the turkey ! ;)

Predator

This is where TM's become ridiculous, unfortunately it seems to be that everyone and his dog now try to TM everything and then claim anything and everything as belonging to them. I am glad the .mobi owner is taking this to court, it should help clarify the situation at least.

 Well, At least you made it to the Bathroom - BTW what other sites did you have open at the time?

"Schwartz plans to pounce on more dotmobi names at the next auction in Las Vegas in March"

Why not contact owners directly now instead of waiting and paying more?

Isn't the March auction for some of the reserved Mobi's?

more propaganda to increase .mobi sales and end user resales, which is ok I guess but it will fizzle....

Strangle away Mate! I suspect that you went to the www.flowers.mobi site and followed the...... eerrrrr... Asian link (yikes!).

Make sure the kids are not in the room when you go there.

I've come across Mr S's name a few times when looking for available .mobis - never checked to see if he has the corresponding .com and just buying for cover ...

Now there's a guy that never misses a trick...I s'pose the vast majority of people that'll use flowers.mobi will be men.

After they've bought the flowers at the last minute on the train home from work, they can congratulate themselves on a job well done - and indulge in a little 'adult surfing', whilst knocking one out in the gents...beats the crossword.

Got to hand it to him, RS knows his customers...

Like I said, brilliant marketing knows no bounds... Readers may now bathe...:bathbaby:

This is a good question...if he buys names that are not reserved by the registry as "premium"...otherwise, it may be the reserved names he is after....and of course promoting the traffic agenda.
