Offers Big5Sports.com - High type-in traffic / Good Rev

I bought this domain for a sports-related website that I never developed about 6 years ago not knowing that there was a sporting goods website named big5sportinggoods.com. Due to the confusion, I get about 170 uniques a day and has increased as the company has built their store volume. I'm monetizing with a crappy AdSense landing page that gets about 40% CTR. I can't say my exact AdSense revenue, so let's just say that my average total monthly revenue is about $150-200 but it may or not be from AdSense. That said, there are no other ads on the page so connect the dots.

I've never been contacted by Big 5 Sporting Goods. They should buy the domain but I'm guessing are tech tards giving their website.

Looking for $x,xxx somewhere near 3 years revenue.

I wonder whether you might also be getting typeins from people looking for info on the Big 5 - a well-known group of Philadelphia-area colleges that are long-time basketball rivals.

Seeing how the chances of losing that domain are better than 50/50, I would take what you could get, but its not worth the risk to purchase at that price
