Not sure of the value..
however there is an organization:
BigBrothers and BigSisters...

In the past I was a member of the Texas Jaycee's organization (Junior Chamber) and we partnered with the BigBrothers and BigSisters of America, to help mentor and be BigBro's and BigSisters too youth/teen's who came from undesirable backgrounds... rough homes etc...
This organization may be interested in the domain.

In the UK the reality TV program is being promoted heavily as " BigBrother USA"

But the organisation you are talking about sounds an interesting idea.
