Selling my sole general purpose directory.
Had this site for over 3 years now. Running an older version of PHPLD v3.20.
It is possible to transfer the PHPLD licence to your PHPLD account (Need to ask James or David to do this)
The average (excluding October so far) has been about 4200 uniques each month, over the last 8 months since I transferred to my current hosting.
Pageviews around 38,000 over the same time frame per month.
The site is heavily indexed, and does have some backlinks. SEO Quake lists around 44. Might wanna check that for yourself with whatever tool you prefer...
Of course its a PR0, as is common for link directories. To raise revenue on this site you will either need to work on it, and push it as a "premium directory" or sell some links on DP and other sites. That has been the route I have taken, and I have done that very rarely indeed.
Income through link sales (either $4.95 or $9.95) has been $556.15 since the beginning of 2008. Of course it goes back further, for another 2 years, but its hard to track in paypal. This has come through some promotion on DP a long time ago. The are also sitewide subscriptions. They are located top right, and their is one currently active. That link generates $19.50 every 3 months.
There about 900 links on the site. Ive tried to keep the quality reasonable. There are many links in the que and I do not have the time to work through them. That will be your job if you decide to buy the site.
The template is a free template, and the links must remain in the footer as per the TOS for that template.
When I figure out how to sort my paypal receipts for this site only ill post some screenies.

This is a project that I started some time ago. Actually it was originally using wordpress in 2006, then I deleted it. Had it in technorati etc...and possibly still get some traffic from that.
The site looks awesome now right now and is set to go with your content. Its using Joomla v1.5.9... and a template from Rocket Themes called Akiraka, that I have modified somewhat. I had a single site licence for that template so it cannot be used elsewhere. If you would like to download an updated version of the template (since Rocket Themes regularly release bug fixes etc) you need to pay $50 to Rocket Themes for 6 months access, but there is nothing wrong with it as it is.
Monthly uniques average about 170 a month, and pageviews around 2000+ per month. This site really has had no promotion since I changed it too Joomla and put the template up. The PR3 is a remnant from 2006, so if someone was to pick this up and run with it, it could do very well indeed.
Assume no revenue because I havent monetized it either.
