take that for me too

agreed
.biz isnt something i would think a professional business would use..

Well lets see I have sold a .Biz for $1,400.00 , and at least 30 other .Biz from $3 to $200 range .... so you all rant all you like..

yes, I am also not so sure that it's that bad.
Of course I prefer a .com over biz (sounds like a bee buzzing), but I think it is being way undervalued here.

it's not that bad.
it's like diet coke, not quiet the real thing, but definately acceptable.
better than wussss (ws) :-x

I hated the sound of .Biz when it first came out but people really are using and paying nice prices for them,..so .Biz sounds just fine with me.

.wusss.. I hate the business practices of th company that runs it's and .Ws sounds like cr8p.

But I have been around to know that most register business practises suck.. and as long as I can get what I want out of them ..then it's a fair trade off

I want top keywords for the search engines cheap.. so .Ws is fine by me..

.ws ..yeah it's cr&p.. but once you get past the smell and spread it around ..you realize it it makes great fertilizer..
and you can grow traffic from it just as well if not better than .com ;)

Wasn't that how many of us felt funny about the sound of .org at one point in time? Today, .org is a gaining a lot of mass-scale respect.

Is it just because it "sounds" funny, ice? Yes, .biz is a 'restricted' gtld, and while it may not be happening too often, a case can be made to confiscate the name if you have acquired it solely for resale.

If .biz sounds so awful, why is it that CNN uses BizNews?

I had the same uncomfortable feeling like bid before .BIZ was introduced more than 2 years ago. I was more a .info fan. Today it is starting to creep into me that perhaps .biz is a little more versatile as an extension than .info as a company/web entry point. Is this just me? Has .biz grown on you over time?
