Complete e-commerce website developed and functional. Marketing site is at http://www.bizbreeze.com. Product itself is evaluated by visiting http://www.bizbreeze.com/members and using the following login info:

username: guest
password: guest

(note the custom login link on the main page will not work because the SSL has been disabled).

This website has been offline for the past several months and I've just decided to put it back online for the purposes of selling it. I am NOT actively seeking customers (nor can a customer even sign up if they tried).

This product is written in ColdFusion and the database technology is SQL Sever. The marketing site is primarily Flash, HTML, CSS and javascript. Complete functionality for eCommerce already in place with Authorize.net account.

Basically, this is a complete business ready to go for someone who wants to market it. I'm a developer and the people I hired to market it flaked out on me so it has sat pretty much dormant for a few years now.

I'm willing to entertain all types of offers: outright purchase of ownership of entire business and website. I do have a registered copyright on the code on file with the US Copyright office. The legal name for the 'application' is iOffice21 (and iOffice21.com comes with the sale as well - you can look it up at http://cocatalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?DB=local&PAGE=First.

PM me if you have questions or ideas or if your question will serve the other visitors to this thread, please post it here.

Please only serious offers - I put in well over 4 months of development time on this site, not to mention several more of testing and attempting to market it (Im' not a marketing person though). I'm also willing to consider some sort of situation where I can stay on part-time to help out for implementation and transition.
