Wanted: Service Blog hosting software

Hi,
Does anybody know a good blog hosting system ?
I'm looking to host "photo blogs" like http://florencehussein.skyblog.com (i know it's in french, but look the structure not the content)
no blogs like wordpress or others "journal blogs"...

I would greatly prefer the software in PHP, so I can modify it to fit my needs (like translating it in french)
If it's a free software, that's better, but i'm ok to pay for it.
If it supports multi-language that's even better.

Please remember that I want to run a blog hosting, not my own blog :cheeky:

I'll donate 500DNF$ to the one who find me the blog hosting software that fits my needs!
If i can't find the "software of my dreams", i'll give DNF$ as rewards to those who helped me :approve:

yea - the one I suggested is the one that DNF now uses.

Might need slight modifications for what you want to do though.
They may be able to do them for you, they're nice people at webligo...

A bit expensive, and might need some modifications but i think i'll buy this one

Anyway, i'll stay with blog hoster, i already purchased the lisence :approve:
