Seems to have *some* links in the search engines around 100 I think, so the visitor numbers must be from type in's, really popular sites with the blogster link in.

Undeveloped and to sell to a reseller with those traffic stats minimum of $350-$500

Develop it further, utilize the stats to your benefit, building up a new site as the visitors must be bloggers - Google paid alot of money for blogger.com, so that gives you an idea of what you can get
