Members ,would like some advice on this please .
I registered BLOOMBER.LINK some time ago
I did not recieve a TradeMark notice from my registrar, [101domain]
I parked the domain with sedo.com ,again no TradeMark warning
I have since deleted the domain from sedo.com
I live in Bali ,Indonesia an dby mysearch ,the .BLOOMBERG.LINK is not a Trademark name ,as shown below.
They want me to transfer the Domain to them .
I have no interest in a fight or the domain ,I just don't like being bullied.
What are my options .
Thanks in advance .

The domain is parked at Sedo with sponsored links related to stocks etc
That alone is enough to lose the URS.

I guess your name is not Bloomberg, nor do you operate a business by that name.
Unless you can make a convincing case to the opposite, it's pretty much certain you will lose by default.

Like she said if your last name was Bloomberg or it was the name of your co then you could use it. Although Bloomberg (the media empire) is known all over the world there must be cases where someone in Bali or AU honestly does not know that co exists, much less what they stand for. Then if they claimed that, they'd have to prove their intention when they regged/bought the domain. Like, is there a town or region anywhere named that ? Or you may know or admire someone with that last name and had a project ? So what was the person's (yours lol) state of mind and intention/purpose when you regged that domain Bloomberg.link. At first sight it does appear it is meant to direct people to something related to Bloomberg Media

As far as registrars not warning you, they normally will not and they should. A couple of parking companies often reject domains even remotely resembling TMs, Namedrive for instance has refused to park some of mine that weren't even that close to the real thing, but they all want to avoid the appearance of a conflict and potentially getting sued
