The EU will impliment a Blue card in June for people outside the EU to get a Blue card wich is a work/residency card for working in most of the EU states.
It will be for people who work in industries that pay 1.5 times the countries average salaries. Things like Techinicans, doctors, nurses and other highly skilled occupations, India is probably going to be the biggest contributor of workers.
