Hi Guys,
I just got an offer of $500 for www.BlueFM.com, my asking price is $1000 should I sell, as this name is perfect for a Blues FM radio station?

Whats it worth, should I take the money and run?

Thanks

Hmm... I'm not the best at pricing my own names but depending on what you paid for it $500 doesnt seem all that bad to me if your reg/purchase cost was low to begin with. There might be someone out there willing to pay more but how long will you need to wait. Its your call...

Good Luck :)

I always counter offer if the other party makes the offer unless it's exactly what I want. (That's only happened once or twice in years) The way I look if at it is they can only say no but if you are flexible in the negotiation you can still get the original offer if necessary. Usually you can get a little more but it all depends.

Negotiating is an art form................. I've never been too good at art.................

Good luck

$500 isn't bad, but you ought to be able to get a couple hundred more. If you list it for $1k, and they come in at $500, they're probably expecting to meet you somewhere in between.

Unless you've got some serious money problems, I'd suggest negotiating... there's no need to bite on the first offer, it makes you look desperate.

I'll chime in - counter at ... $800, or $850, unless of course you absolutely need to sell, even for $500.
