However, other projects got in the way and I will not be able to push this further than it is.

It does not come with VB. Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the move to another server; you will need to manage it yourself. You will be given hosting details where you will have access to manage account information; credit details etc... The hosting is in UK. The database can be backed up through vbulletin administrator panel only.

The hosting is not on Cpanel, so a prewarning that backing up and moving forum to another server might be a harder process for the novice users.

You will be taken over my administrator username; I believe it can be changed into something else. New owner would be responsible to announce the buyout in admin discussion area, as well as actively posting to get the members active.

Payment via Paypal. I bought this site for 540$ USD, I would expect to have at least that amount before finalizing the transfer. Of course, more is merrier.

Please know that I do not have to sell this site. Any reasonable offer in the price range of 540$ should be good. At the moment, it is advertised in DNF only, and I will open for offer until 9/26/05

I have 2 other project that is in planning process, so need the necessary funds to get it started. To be honest I'm not really an active community user, just a backend person. This turned out, requires a lot from of activity from the owner, as I stated earlier in my post. Simply put, I do not have the necessary time to get this thing going.

Thank you for the offer Instructor, since this is a brand new listing, and I stated above that I will open for offer until 9/26/05. Since you are the first person to offer that meets my minimum request, I asks for a waiting period of 3 hours from now.
