The problem is, WIPO does not care for the tm class. If a live tm can challenge the domain, decision would depend on factors such as use. Currently, BlueLemon.com is parked and displays restaurant & food/beverage ads; these fall in classes applied for at the USPTO.

Bottom line: develop or sell fast.
