This is a website i created back in april of 2006 for the Body For Life Program sponsored by EAS. Its a huge fitness challenge people challenge their bodies for 16 weeks. I researched the topic and found there werent any high quality forums that werent plastered in ebook ads. I have done close to zero marketing or advertising since the beginning. I been meaning always to come back and focus some time on the website by building content but after a year or so it hasnt happaned. Its time to let this go and have someone else take advantage of the age of the website and hopefully build it into a site of how i envisioned it.
Ive recently been woring on making the site a little prettier and finally updated the templates a bit today.
I installed a journal section while back and been testing it but havent gave the functionality to the members.
Here are the stats for the forum
Threads: 185, Posts: 613, Members: 278

The last 20 or so users have been spammers registering so i wouldnt count that as accurate.
Ive never put any ads on the website so i dont know if it makes any revenue or not.

Its sad to let the website go knowing that a high quality community is still needed in this market but since im not putting the time and effort it deserves i would rather have someone else gives it the attention it needs.
