I already offered it to the next highest offer and I gave a day to decide. If they don't buy I will put it back up for sale. This is why people who don't follow through cause all kinds of hassle. I can't obligate the next highest bidder because they were outbid and could have moved on. then again, I don't want to sell it to someone else when they were actually the high bidder.
