How much do you think the domain name boomgames.com is worth? It used to be a very popular website. Now it gets about 300 unique visitors a day and has over 2000 links to it according to marketleap.com. I'm thinking if I put up a nice gaming site that maybe a lot of the old visitors will eventually come back.
