Read the wiki for more, it is on the ocean front, it is where your wealth in the country is. It is in the top 5 major cities of Somalia. I could not get bosaso.so no matter what as it was reserved by the registry for their development or eventual resale I assume. However I have noticed with Google and some of the other extensions I have seen out there - when linked properly i saw a case study that showed domain hacks are extremely relevant to getting listed in SERPS - for example go to google.com and search bosaso.so

With the immense population growth in this town and the eventual stabilization of the Country this domain will increase in value dramatically over the next decade. you might also want to look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosa for added value
A double Geo Domain - This is an unbeatable, limited time offer. Idea buyer plans on developing it ... If not, this will become developed. It has too much potential to let it go.
This was posted in another thread with some other .so domains however I have decided a form asking price for it now and would like to hold the others long term with a slightly higher risk / reward potential on them.
