Just a heads up. Looks like eNom finally made good on a promise to clean up old sub-accounts. This thrifty business person on eBay has a few pissed off people over at WHT. If you bought an account off of eBay you may want to login and check.

eBay $6.95 account + $199.99 = jacked-up deal.

You can prevent someone from increasing prices on your reseller account by creating a retail subaccount and pricing everything as low as possible. Are these subaccounts the ones being "cleaned-up?"

I really don't want to argue but those tricks don't always work. I have witnessed them being bypassed and your up-line can always call eNom and have the prices raised which was what was done in this case.

madcamel -- linky as requested. The problem is the guy took advantage of an error in the system and sold off a bunch of $6.95 sub-sub-sub accounts and now won't accept responsibility for what he has done. A member here is the ETP so I won't mention his name but I for one think he did what needed to be done.

Hi Guys - Yes that was a real mess. To correct what I have heard and read =
We were notified by ENOM that they found not only these fraudulent accounts, but about 1500 accounts system wide, that were all established one day in a 2-3 hour period of time when their system was having some techinical issues and allowed any accounts to be set to $6.95 reseller accounts, last Fall. We never even knew they existed. They told us they were shutting down every account as a reseller account and resetting them to straight retail accounts at $29.95. We had a third level reseller account that opened up about 100 of these accounts and sold them on Ebay and elsewhere. To save the accounts as reseller accounts, we were forced to raise them to the $8.95 standard reseller accounts (not by our choice). We also locked this Did, Inc. from ever setting another reseller account. Many other accounts and resellers were effected system wide but there was only about 100 that we had way under us. I have posted a number of times in the past - Beware of Bogus $6.95 reseller accounts!!! Hope that explains. Any questions - PM me - Thanks Steve
