It's an uninhabited, mostly volcanic island off the coast of Norway with 626 ovt... unless I'm missing something?

Maybe I am missing something too.
BTW it is worthy to note that Bouvet Island actually has its own TLD: .bv
But the TLD is currently not in use. Norway has no plans about it right now.

Well.. it is a country domain. The .info extension is reserved by the ICANN Resolution 01.92 country domain.
The other extensions are taken , some of which by a highly repected domainer
