Truly to become one of the most common typos out there.
I think the appraisal is difficult to make on this typo and will be dependent upon the revenue it generates. But it should be a good one as it is un-dated. Good shelf life. One surely to get many hits I would think.

The value of this domain though relies on exterior circumstances like that. The current value of it (as of any typo's) relies in its traffic. but definitely a good one.

Privacy issues do come into play here... Years ago, this forum used to be a lot more private, with certain sections only available to registered members. Since they've changed that, this forum went for worse. So don't hate on people who don't want Google all over their property... But I think I get your point.
Because of the possible issues, I'd say it's valuable as much as it's going to make you while you own it - which however, depending on how good of a typo it actually turns out to be, might not be little. Because of the aforementioned issues though, I don't think it has any serious reseller value, even though it might turn out to be pretty valuable to you
