I won't say the name since the buyer told me he has plans for it so don't want to effect it in any way.
However I never had offers before domain had the meaning it was CVCV + a meaning behind it, .com is just parked nothing developed, also it's a word in Persian.
He contacted me about it I told him $2500 he said ok and we did paper work and it went smoothly.
Honestly I can't wait to see what he does with the name
...
