Paypal may work, you will just have to try it. They have been having site problems for about 5 days but they claim it is fixed for most users now.

Im sorry I did not get an email when there was a response to the thread for some reason. PM me with a bit more detail on what it is you are asking ... I am not too clear on the first question.

For the second question, no ... this is a fee for the build and does not include changes down the road although changes are highly discounted at $5.00 per change as long as the web site main URL, name, and logo do not change.
