Maybe your textual content is exclusive, but certainly not the images.

Can you please explain about the use of images at the websites? It seems to me that at least some of them are copyrighted by others. This site: www . misyork.com/proc_breast.asp contains a breast anatomy image that you use and tells us:

All Material ©2009 by Midstate Institute of Surgery. All Rights Reserved.

That is not the only (c) image, I found more, including images from product brochures that seem to be copyrighted.
