breast surgeon is far superior IMO .... who would google "specialist" rathrer than surgeon if they wanted the operation done? a fraction of the ppl IMO.... low $X,XXX's

this is by far the superior imho

i still say though its one of those that a reseller won't pay a shedload for but an enduser will.
you're a good developer, why not develop out? will only increase value and get more eyeballs on it. as it's relatively niche, i'm sure you can get it top in a few areas
