This term may be unfamiliar to some of you, but it relates directly to waterproof fabrics. There is even a "Breathability Rating" system that serious skiers and backcountry sports enthusiasts refer to. That means people who search for "breathability" or "breathable" are researching GEAR to purchase. And they belong to a well-defined group of hobbyists -- very easy to market to.
Breathability.com -- Offers Welcome
If you only look at the Google stats for this single word, you will be missing part of the picture. Why do I say that? Read below.

Anybody searching for "breathability ratings" or "waterproof breathable fabric" will recognize Breathability.com as their answer and click on it. Those long-tail searches don't make good domain names -- WaterproofBreathableFabric.com appears less authoritative than the single-word Breathability.com. Plus, any website built on Breathability.com will naturally contain plenty of articles on breathable fabric, which exposes the site to even more searches for "breathable":
