A place-name .info is always good, esp. when it is used in multiple locations. Do you have any population info? That may help render some better appraisal.

Towns and cities with less than 100,000 population are a bit small, but with multiple locations, I would make a quick page and shoot it to the top (or more modestly, the first couple of pages) at Google; THEN when you get some end-users from all these Brentwood's, a low 4-figure (or at least some high hundreds) shouldn't be any problem.
