Business brianlee86 scammed me out of 14 domain names

He scammed me out of 14 domain names. His name is Brian Wamelile. He told me if I sent him the 14 domain names that he would send me $2.50 each for them, $35 total. He never sent me the $35, and he never send me my domain names back. I am looking for justice. I want my domain names back, and his account here blocked.
