In my experience, forums don't tend to do as well (as far as advertising, optimizing, etc.) if they're... well as the domain name says, broad. However, I do believe this domain can be an easy sale at the right price.

I'd say low $xxx to possibly mid $xxx.

Broad, as in wide, no good either.

I can't put a dollar figure on it. But if you decide to develop it, definitely the best use would be for a forum about broadband IMHO.
