If it was to be a UDRP it would have to say Denver Broncos or Brisbane Broncos of Rodeo Broncos. Broncos is a generis term used in several football codes with no inter relationships. Otherwise it would be everyone suing everyone over common English words.

The issue is not the commonality of the word. It's its use with football, and a popular NFL team. Either one of these teams you mentioned *might* have beef with a domain that incorporated their brand.

Now, if you use it for cowboy gear, saddles and spurs, that's another story.
