I have been sitting on BrutalDictators.com for a couple of months. I'd like to know what it's estimated value would be, both undeveloped and developed.

Thanks,
Fred

Undeveloped I can't see much value in the name, but developed it does have significant potential. Sites on controversial topics like this tend to attract a lot of links from blogs and discussion forums.

Would be a great site to develop with content about dictators who have been enemies of the US in the past with a patriotic pro-US theme (and appropriate affiliate links selling "patriotic" merchandise). Of course, there's also potential to go in the other direction and have a site with a left wing bias about US involvement with dictatorships and affiliate links selling anti-Bush merchandise though the latter market probably has less purchasing power.
Fair and balanced content could be much harder to earn money from -- but however you choose to pitch your site there's always an opportunity to earn money with affiliate links to Amazon books on dictators.

Development should be made easier because a lot of articles on dictators are written under GNU or Creative Commons licenses which permit copying of the work under certain conditions and a hot political topic like dictatorships could persuade or provoke readers into wanting their own opinions posted on the site.

Thank you both for the evaluation. I like domainsharks development ideas. I will definitely look into developing it...I never even thought of articles being under GNU or Creative Common licenses, I will look into that! Content has always been my stumbling block.

Thanks!
