Looking to sell some sites as it seems I have way too many to manage effectively. One for sale now is http://buddysearch.org . This is a great AOL/AIM search tool with a customized script behind it. The site has been running for over a year and has 13,800+ actual signups. I only have a counter on homepage and have been seeing 80-100 users a day. I had thrown on a bunch of ads and links a long time ago and have not updated them.
I can go into more details with those who find interest in such a site. It has a very cool user area for finding people by school, town and more!
