keyword1keyword2.us $2.99
keyword1keyword2s.net $300
keyword1keyword2db.com $ 7.99 - the lost budget route

The singular version gets searched more often.

What about the non-hyphenated version of the .com?

If not available, then consider where your traffic will come from. If your depending on SEO for traffic, the the hyphenated version is just fine. If you plan on plugging it on radio or tv, go for the .net as its second only to the .com
