Wanted: Service Bulk Link Checking Script

I am looking for someone to make me a link script.
I need to take a large list ( 10-20k names at a time), load it into a web form and have it bulk check the whole list showing the links in the top three engines.

I would host it on my server or on yours.

The requirements would be that it was able to handle upper or lower capped text, be fairly fast and check link count on Google,yahoo & msn.

Anyone?
