I don't think there is one. Maybe domaintools.com, does what you are looking for.

If you run Linux, I can give you a bulk whois tools, which covers most of the ccTLDs and all gTLDs in about 1 week. We are currently testing the tool. It will be free of charge. PM me if interested.

estibot (DOT) com does on a monthly! only one I have found ( also this year before i found estibot I had to create a web app to do this myself )

I am using Domain Name Analyzer - check it out it is freeware. You can find it with google fast.

Instead of looking up a domain's whois info (The info of the person who registered a domain) one domain at a time, a bulk whois will gather that info on multiple domains at a time.

If you are unsure what whois info is, go to a domain registrar and search for a domain that is taken. It will give you the option to do a whois check to see who actually owns the domain.
