Ever heard of the burqini.

Well here in Europe, the past days, newspapers and tv networks have put the spotlights on the burqini.

In Australia a designer has developed a bading suit for muslimahs. She calls the suits ahiida, but everybody else calls them burqini. As more people will produce these suits, burqini will become the generic name, while ahiida remains the brand name of this designer.

No trademark issues here.

Anyone can give me an appraisal?

Zero to 10K. What's the rush on the appraisal? It will be meaningless until the story plays out a bit more. You are asking the blind to lead the blind. If it was worth too much you wouldn't be able to register it.

Domains aren't like cars. A name like this needs to grow some legs to realize maximum value.

Just sit tight. If someone offers you an amount of money where you would rather have the money than the name....then there is your appraisal. No one else will have a clue.

ok just sit tight and hold on to it.
If I get interested parties with an offer, how do I know that its time to sell?(I'm just a newbie). Is 100$ worth concidering or do I even turn down 3000$?

It all depends on a few factors:

1. how badly you need the money?? (if a decent offer comes along)
2. how much money you would be happy making??

...but if this becomes the new iPod (just an example of a popular product) it could have a big value.
