Tough one, I'd say high xxx low xxxx, but may have more end user value.

Yeah nice name, looks to be about a $2,500+ end user domain to me...funny they wouldnt even put ieu.net on GD, think its cause I emailed them one day and told them they are a bunch of snobs and have lost touch with the domain market....figures they would put burrito on instead....good luck start emailing the mexican food companies! lol
