HireItDone.com

Have had this one for awhile.

Thanks for your opinions

I have a individual with a radio show called "Hire it Done" interested and waiting for a price. He also owns all Hire It Done Dots but the .com. He just recently got the trademark for the phrase so I must yeild and give up my 3year domain name peacefully but he is willing to pay a fair price for it.

Any ideas would greatly be appriciated.

Thanks

I think it's OK if you had it for 3 years before he record TM.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

why must you give it up peacefully? If you have had a website to it for those 3 years then he has the problem , tell him $10,000 or your not interested in selling, then go from there.

Never negotiate against yourself with an initial price request, but if you do always ask higher than you think is realistic to negotiate from a position of power.
