BusinessCreditCards.com
I had a buyer back out. It gets huge overture (108,000+) and sign-ups for business credit cards are very rewarding. As for stats, webalizer shows an average of 29 visits per day, up from 28 per day in July, then 29 for June so that's pretty much the exact daily average without any advertising. I know the site could use some rework to make the Apply button more likely for a user to click. The keyword name itself is really what is for sale here, any existing traffic is pretty much type-in.
If it were advertised it could absolutely explode into something very big. American Express pays me nearly $100 per sign-up. Just think, every 10 sign-ups makes you $1,000. This is very lucrative, and one of the fastest growing segments credit card companies have been advertising in all forms of media. I already had a buyer who backed out, if there is no sale here, I am going to keep it and start promoting it myself. Magazines, business newsletters, banners, it all makes sense because commissions are so high on this type of product.

This could be a very big opportunity for someone. Note also that having the keywords as your site name saves a lot on magazine ad costs in which you have to pay by word. When your URL is BusinessCreditCards.com you don't really need too many other words to describe it.
Open to serious offers.

* Note CreditCards.com sold for $2.75 million about a year ago. Business Credit Cards are the highest and most valuable type of accounts the major card companies can get.
