When did the forum start? It appears that it started 3 days ago... is that correct? Can you provide some proof of the 250 uniques a day? Where is this traffic coming from, and will it be maintained after the sale?

I have made the forum 3 days ago yes, the traffic is perminant. I advertised in banner / text in google adwords, a few forum. I was going to advertise in name pros as well before i decided to sell so it may be a good idea for the buyer to advertise there

If your forum is only 3 days old, how can you sell the VBulletin license?

You can't transfer the VBulletin license until you have had it for 3 months +

No, transfering is when you transfer the license to someone else, so it is there account and not yours. It is listed under there names, email addresses..etc and is no longer yours and VBulletin know who the owner is.

If it isn't transfered then you could request it back or say it was hacked and you would get it back upon proof that you bought it.

Also, ask a DNF mod to validate the license

d I think you could probably make a lot of money selling an ebook on how you did this... it is quite amazing. You started a forum less than a week ago from scratch, not much effort on the design, and already have 80 members, nearly 3000 posts, 250 uniques a day, and an income stream of close to $300/month. That is one awesome piece of work starting a forum. There are people that don't get to that point in a year with a forum. I have started them from scratch, and I'm amazed at what you've accomplised. So after you sell this, you could probably make more money by telling how you did it.

Or, if you end up keeping it, on the growth curve that you are on, you'll make more than your asking price in month 2.

Interesting. I don't see any mention of free hosting in the description of the forum. So is the buyer liable for the following offer?

"The account will be free for three(3) years, which will then require you to simply renew your account with Web Designer Talk."

What is the amount of free space and bandwidth that has been promised, and who is responsible for it after the sale? It would appear that the new forum owner would be, and some of the free hosting packages listed on the site are quite large, unless I misread it.
