can someone suggest me a reliable web site where I can buy US category traffic? (better at low cost and if the minimum order is 1000 or 5000 instead of 10000).

So, honestly, google adwords traffic... does it convert well? If I spend lets say $30 on marketing, can I expect to make that back if I'm selling HTML WSYIWYG Editors?
