Hi, I have decided sell my portfolio of New York real estate sites.
The sites I would like to sell are
BuyApartmentNewYork.com (1000 unique visitors per month since November due to PR5 link, First page for keyword and 700 links)
ApartmentInNewYork.org (New site)
JournalKorean.com PR5 bought in Nov2011 and site is stable at PR5 (Was PR6 before recent Google update.)
The sites are ready to be monetized. BuyApartmentNewYork.com is a word press - templatic.com design.
ApartmentInNewYork.org is a customized template from 68Classifieds and comes with developer's license.
The sites are good to go, but not monetized. I live in South Africa and cannot get a Realtor license to be able to feature properties on my own using property feeds.
Buyer must be ready to develop the property feeds which I can assist with programming.
Bids must start at $100 please. No PM bids please.
BIN is $1250 (negotiations via PM allowed.)
Payments via PayPal.
