is the product out in the market yet? it's better to wait for the product to get mass approval via commercial usage. selling, based on news alone will not get you optimum pricing. whereas tm issues are concerned, there are hundreds of chantix names registered. try not to worry too much. you can always cross that bridge on their invitation...
