If they actually owned it and were selling it you would have legal recourse and with a pretty long legal battle would most likely end up getting the name for said price. Since they DO NOT own the domain and therefore cannot sell it to you no matter what the price, you unfortunately might have at the most a civil claim against them for emotional duress...maybe. Good luck dude, remember...if it's too good to be true..... :yes:
