Hello support,

I sold at auction early June, 6 domains. I have made a number of requests for the buyer (aprox: 12, both by personal email and via forum 'contact') who paid just $16 for all six domains and asked to start the transfer process. I have had not one reply.

As it has been well over 30 days going on 60 days so I have refunded his/her payment.

I would like to either re-offer the names or even give them away, just want to clean out my registrar.

Can you please advise my obligations re the forum terms ect? as I do not wish to breach any terms.

Kind regards,
Ken Mathie.

Just my opinion, but I feel you should have:
1. Kept the money - the buyer paid for the names
2. Allow buyer time to transfer (you did this)
3. If they don't respond, open up an account at the registrar, push the names into the account, and send the log-in information to the buyer.

Then you would be done and have affected an ownership transfer. If they don't want to do anything with them, that is not your problem.
