Particular interest in home or auto related.

No turnkey, proxies, lyrics, ringtone, adult, dating, warez, myspace, file hosting, P2P file sharing, funny videos, arcades, celeb.

1. $xxx-$xx,xxx revenue with at least four months of history
2. Domain and website age. 2-4 years old is good.The older the better
4. DMOZ listing is a plus
5. Good Google authority ranking.
6. No Legal problems or trademark problems.

PM URL, description, and stats, uniques, revenues, etc.
