I've received a low $XXX offer for BuyingDiamondRings.com. It's parked now and I had planned on developing a site for it. Any advice?

Probably $3k to $5k to an end user undeveloped.
With appropriate SEO maybe $10-$15 per month.
Developed wtih marketing - HUGE.
Hang in there - don't sell a great name right away for low $.
