People on this forum are not stupid. If they are, I'm just giving them a heads up. No domainer would sell any name with a real 659 OVT for $50.
If you thought it was a real 659 OVT you would check it for real traffic.
Go sell your fake OVT names elsewhere.

I see absolutely no reason for you to have involved yourself in this thread so I have alerted the moderators. Last I checked this isn't GFY.

I have a long track record of buying domains with OVT + EXT scores, offering them for a day or two at $50, then parking whatever doesn't sell for myself. I have many satisfied customers as is apparent by my perfect feedback rating which I might add is almost 3x yours.

Again, you had no reason to jump into this thread unless you wanted to buy the domain. I wouldn't do this to your threads.

Not as if I owe you any explanation but for those who may stumble into this thread...

I scan drop lists and zone change lists every day. When I find an interesting domain with OVT + EXT I buy it and immediately offer it for between $25 - $50 on multiple forums. I have sold many like this. After a day or two once I have some stats I close the listing and park the domain if it is not sold.

I bought this domain earlier today. You and I have absolutely no idea if it has any traffic. So at least have the decency to be honest about your insults which again are completely unwarranted.

Did someone deputize you as the DNF Patrol to roam around and tell people what they should or shouldn't buy?

Yes. I have several names that had OVT w/ EXT but not OVT w/o EXT and they get traffic. It happens more often when the domain is a phrase or 2-3 words instead of a proper name or singular word.

My host has not yet added this domain to my account. They probably will tonight or tomorrow. As I said previously I offer names for about a day. After that traffic or not I park and keep them.

Better hurry and sell before the OVT updates. Or get Warren to include a run of his fake OVT script. Tell him to dial back a bit. An OVT of 28 might be easier to sell. Just don't be left holding the bag. :yes:

I must admit I am shocked that the moderators of this forum have not shut you down. I had no idea it was acceptable for us to jump into other people's threads the way you have.

I guess from now on if I see a domain being sold that I think isn't worth the money it is ok for me to post that they are a liar, fraud, the domain is junk, anyone who buys it is an idiot, etc.

I just reviewed a few of your previous posts and now I have a better idea about you fearless. Please anyone who is curious also take a read through his post history. Very negative in almost every post. Complaining about money, telling people their domain is worthelss or "not even reg fee", making fun of people who buy .mobi domains, etc.

Hi Warren, since the domain has now been sold it's perhaps ok for others to also post in the thread. I can't speak for Fearless but I imagine the reason he said all of that is because experienced domainers like him do not understand why the great rush to sell such a high OV name for such an insignificant amount as $50 is, when all you need to do is park it for a day or 2 and if the OV score is even slightly legit the name would get thousands of uniques/day and be worth say 100 or more times more money, perhaps 10k or more! I can tell if a name gets traffic most all the time with only a few hrs of looking at the stats as can most experienced domainers, and I know Fearless is extremely experienced and in fact once owned this forum and sold it to dcg.

Trader, I am not at all offended by what you just wrote. It was well reasoned and insightful. But the approach taken by Fearless last night and then again this morning was, in my opinion, over the line.

He didn't state a case he just called me a fraud and made up a bunch of stuff about me using "fake OVT scripts" which is not true. I use DRT which I purchased from a lead on this board and scan the same drop lists and zone changes that everyone else has the opportunity to scan. I have a perfect feedback rating and unless something has been said in an exclusive forum that I do not have access to no on has ever accused me of doing anything wrong here.

My point is we are all adults. We may disagree with selling tactics. Personally I think half the auctions at Snap are insanely overpriced. But to jump into someone's sales thread, accuse them of being a fraud with no evidence, and insult them shouldn't be tolerated on this board. Regardless of who once owned it.

As you can see two people have already stood up for me here and a quick glance at my post history would reveal I have a long history of offering OVT names that I find each day right after I buy them with no knowlege of the traffic. It's how I choose to do business. You and Fearless may disagree with that but unless it becomes a rule that we can only sell names with proven traffic I don't see what I am doing wrong and why anything I've posted here justifies insults.
